We really had a nice experience at Hide N Seek we all had fun one side with food and drink we did first we had a pizza witch was an ok piece of pizza and a pitcher of soda they didn't inform us it was refillable but a nice employee named Lisa told us on the other side with the trampoline and rock climbing and she told us when the best discount days are and how they changed the rules on going back and forth to both rooms you can't go do that anymore you go to one first then the other room next can't wait for next time
We love Hide n Seek! My kids beg to come here every time we come to Bakersfield. We finally decided to check out the trampoline park side and it's their new favorite. Owner is a really friendly guy and staff is very helpful. We even lucked out and got to visit with Santa this time! Bakersfield's best kept secret for kids. If you have never been, go check it out! We love coming here! Have been taking our kids here often and they always enjoyed it! My daughter even had a bday party here and loved it! The staff has always been nice and helpful. Lisa in particular was really sweet and cool! šā¤ļø ā¦

Lisa serves the BEST Customer Service here ! She is amazing and makes the place very welcoming. My kids love this place I had my sons 5th birthday here. Love bringing the kids here. They have an arcade and sell snacks as well. The employees here are extremely polite.
****UPDATE APRIL 2023. My review has not changed! Still amazing customer service and extremely polite employees. The prices are extremely budget friendly, and the kids LOVE it here. The kids have now grown a bit and prefer the Trampoline area. The signs do say no adults, but they have seats in the trampoline area, which are where adults can sit and supervise their children, which is amazing since I do not like having my kids where I can not keep an eye on them. Love this place, wish they would have yearly membership for endless fun throughout the year! š.
We absolutely love this place!!! We take our son here often to jump off some of his energy and this place never disappoints. LISA is soo amazing sheās always is soo kind and friendly to everyone but she takes her time to play with some of the kids as well when they arenāt to busy. My autistic son loves when she chases him around to play tag even tho he doesnāt tag back lol. I always feel comfortable bringing my son here and letting him be him without any judgement. If you havenāt been itās a must try your kiddos will absolutely love it!
